Customer Service Policy
Hearing Loop Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3- 10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Hearing Loop Australia offer training and professional development sessions for users and installers. Please watch the events on our facebook page to find out when we are in your area or to request a quote for a visit please contact us.
Installation and Certification Policy
Installation and certification on BCA D3.7 is available on all items. Prices will vary with quantities and locations. Please contact us for a quote.
Credit Card Surcharge Policy
We impose a surcharge of 1.7% on the transaction amount on all credit card purchases. This surcharge is not greater than our cost of acceptance.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
Shipping and Delivery Policy
We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post and Toll. Shipping costs are generally included in the costs of items. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Express shipping can be arranged for an additional fee (depending on your location).
Hearing Loop Australia ships goods Australia wide, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website, please contact us to enquire about a special order.
